ADHD Assessment

A computerized ADHD evaluation using the Creyos protocol — five short, game-like cognitive tasks plus a standardized questionnaire that measures 14 markers linked to ADHD across attention, memory, planning, and impulse control. Results give your provider an objective picture to support diagnosis and treatment planning. The assessment takes about 20 minutes and can be completed in-office or remotely. $200 per test, not covered by insurance.

Follow-up & results: For people in New York State, we may be able to arrange a follow-up visit to review and discuss your results (insurance dependent). For people outside New York State, we can provide your results for you to share with a qualified professional of your choice for review and discussion.
