Initial Evaluation
Your journey to feeling better starts with your first visit where you and the selected provider will get to know each other, discuss the complete history of your feelings, past treatments, and anything else that could help devise a plan to help. 1 hour typically
Follow-up and Medication Management
After the initial discussion and plan development, we’ll determine when we’ll want to have follow-up discussions to discuss how you’re feeling to help you stay on track. 30-60 minutes typically
Documentation Support
After our initial evaluation, should you need medical documentation to support such needs as an emotional support pet or work leave, that can be provided as appropriate.
